Cheapest room in Vegas

The problem with the Stratosphere, Circus Circus and Downtown is that you have to rent a car or pay and wait for cabs/buses. That pretty much cancels out the hotel savings.

But you do have mobility then. I stayed at the strat and rented wheels and liked it.
