Home plate ump goes to talk to crew chief calls Manuel out. Manuel talks some more. Umps converge at mound to check back of El Duque's cap, which has dirt/rosin on it. Umps give cap back to El Duque and start game. Gamesmanship over. Thus, Manual is a dick. Funnier now given the results of th efirst 6 innings since he was clearly trying to get into Duque's head.
