i think i read somewhere else that Harrah's will not officially condone it but players can discuss among themselves. in some occasions this year wsop i heard final 2-3 chops it.

These days though, with some events, for some players, bracelets can mean seven figures in endorsements. Actually, Main Event is more like eight figures
