You want to have enough fold equity to justify the play, and his stack deep enough to consider folding also. You wont get a call out of enough worse hands here if you move in for 3k+ (which a lot of people have been suggesting is an ok amount to shove) but will of course get called by most of the better hands. stack sizes are mainly affected by agression and position though and depending on the type of player, you can make a bigger argument for shoving vs. not.

I'd say, probably around 50BBs, and if suited closer to 60BBs, are where I would consider not moving in PF.
