no, not standard at all. maybe back when the germans tried to win at any cost without really understanding what kind of muscle steroids build. They build the wrong type of muscle and are useful only for swimmers that swim very short events. Do you see any cyclists using roids? Same principle. The concern nowadays is blood doping.

I do a morning workout from 6-8am (workout) then another evening workout from 4-5pm. (swim-run) ~Mike |
