Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_CURRENT_USER look for the \SOFTWARE\eMando Software\eMando Remote\Installations subfolder to see if they are there and have any entries in them.

what he quite clearly said is that he did search those two directories and couldnt find a folder named eMando.
