When you reraise someone for a large majority of their stack and they just call instead of pushing the tiny bit more. Even worse if they check the flop after.

3-betting a button/CO steal out of the SB with AK, missing the flop, betting it and then getting raised and having to muck the hand. it's expensive and it pisses me off
