I definatly would fold this. Your hand is either dominated.......or at a coinflip I dont see a 3 bet preflop from 99 and under. Muck it and move on to the next hand.

Fold. Regardless of the structure of the tournament against a true unknown we are generally praying to see AK here.

Preflop is a totally standard raise, in regards to that.

You usually see AK,JJ+ from an unknown from an early position raise.
