I fold preflop

As played I fold to the reraise as well. Making that call either says you have a monster or a flush draw and with you being out of position when that last jack falls you can't really make a stab at it. Also your not going to make enough money off villian when you hit your spade unless he is on a flush draw too. So like i said.. I fold this preflop

Er, I was with you until the turn. If you are going to bet might as well make it $6, but I'd check and hope he does the same. As played bet the river $12 or so.

I fold pre as well, Ax is not any good from BB even if it's suited.
