It's ok my friend. With things like this, I hear that you have to be persistent. Tomorrow, show up at her apartment without calling her and bring with you 2 dozen roses and a box of the finest Belgium chocolate you can find. Tell her you're not going to give up so easily; in fact, tell her that you won't ALLOW her give up.
