[ QUOTE ]
1. Go to a doctor. 2. This is most likely hormonally related. Breast tenderness can occur as part of the hormonal changes involved in the cycle. It can also occur if she's started taking a new birth control pill, is pregnant or had an abortion recently. Has she had problems like this ever before? Has she started any new medications recently? 3. If there is increased redness or your girl has a fever, infection (mastitis) is possible. 4. Very small chance this could be due to her body producing excess hormone for some pathologic reason or another (yes, including cancer). Sudden lactation would make me suspicious here. Cliff notes: Most likely hormone related and will likely get better in the next week and a half. Go see a doc if it gets worse or persists longer than 2 weeks. [/ QUOTE ] what exactly does hormonally related mean? just a random hormonal change? i'm kind of confused about what would cause that or what it is. no birth control, abortions etc, but she did just stop smoking for the first time in about 2 years ( she's only been cigarette free for a couple days ). |
