I fold preflop.
As played, I would 3bet the turn. He won't show up with JJ (reraise pf) or J5 (he's a TAG). The only hand that worries me is 54s, but that is only one of a large number of hands he could play this way that you beat. As played, I'd raise that river, get 3-towned, and make a crying call to see his 75s.
