Which "it" are you referring to (the importer or the analyzer)?

When you import a file, the dialog at the end will show you:
1) How many hands we detected
2) How many hands we were able to parse and insert into the DB

If #2 is only showing 5 hands, then the plugin is semi-failing for your history file (you should also see that the number of unrecognized lines listed is very high). You can right click on the line in question and have the option of sending the history file that is failing to support and I'll take a look at it (or send it manually if you prefer).

If #2 is much larger than 5 and you are only seeing 5 hands in PlayerAnalyzer then check

A) You have the correct player selected (hey I've seen it!)
B) If the games you imported were mostly tournament games, you won't see them on the default table (Ring Stats->By Level) and will need to select a different table (e.g. Tournament Stats->By Level).

I only got one set of files in email/upload so I will assume that they were from you. The email was bruno@...

The error file uploaded said "SQL Server does not exist or access denied". So basically, it can't seem to talk with the SQL server to save the parsed histories. Maybe it crashed or maybe it never started up correctly...

First, check to make sure that the service is running. ControlPanel->AdministrativeTools->Services. You should see MSSQL$POKERDAVINCI and it should show as started. If not, try to start it.

Like any PC related issue, a reboot is always worth a try.

Do you have administrative privliges on the machine? Was SQL servr already installed for some other reason?
