To address a couple of questions:
-The street is VERY narrow. It's a side street. -My wife has a big SUV because we have a 2 year-old and I want her to be at the front of the car-size arms race. She doesn't suck that hard at driving, it really is tricky getting in/out when they park there. -I'm sure the police would only ticket there if they got a complaint. I don't intend to have their car ticketed.

Well, if they are indeed parked illegally, you can always snitch to the cops. Or, you can teach your wife how to back out of a driveway. You're call.
