2. Guy is absolutely horrible(obv, Q4) and I feel as though I am losing a lot of value on any one pair hand here.

3) Guy is 14/3/1..He wasn't playing back, and I was playing scared because he folds to c-bets 90 some percent of time

4) Too much in pot, plus the guy who raises was same guy with the Q4 hand..FYI both had vpip's over 45 in that hand

Just because his aggression factor is 1 doesnt mean he couldnt have an over pair or maybe even the 9, it really looks like you are trying to draw or betting a weak holding.
