Yeah it does. It's strange, because you (as a hiker going south to north) approach Mt. Washington after having hiked through some fairly remote and rugged terrain. You go up one side (there are signs on the way up that caution you about the weather, and all but promise certain and grisly death), and you've been isolated for so long, and you crest over the top and see all these tourists who took the train/bus up the other side. I got freaked out by all the people. They didn't sell cigs up there either, those bastards.

Weather when I went up was sunny and breezy. I guess it can get ugly fast.
