2000 is generally the minimum to play 100nl. If poker is your only income you should have 30-40+ buyins tho, and move down at the first sign of any downswing.
You should definitely stay at 50nl for a bit longer, your winrate isn't great, and you're underrolled for 100nl. and 30k hands is nothing.
