Hand 1 I would fold QTs to the rr. Given that you didn't, this is a poor board to bluff with because it hits AK, and you will rarely ever (read: never) fold out AA/AK/KK here. You can obviously fold out many weaker hands, but the problem is that the cards you hold make it less likely he has stuff like AQ/QQ/TT. You also have no outs barring runner-runner. Just let this one go.

Hand 2 is okay, it's also okay to check the flop with likely six outs plus eight solid bluffing outs (aces and kings).
