IMO it's things like this that justify party's HORRIBLE customer service.

I think if you're seriously concerned an email saying "Listen, I heard about MTT cheaters. What's the deal, will you be investigating further blah blah" is better.

This part of the post disgusts me. You were doing good by admitting your mistake, and then you blew it by trying to justify in some way what you did. I don't know you, but I hope no casino, cardroom, or poker site never lets you within a mile of their facilities again.
