I call up to $12 looking to hit a set, not positive if i'm right here or not, but that's how i play

1. I don't think you want to be reraising here. You'd be putting in over a 3rd of your stack. The only way that goes good is if they both fold (and you might as well have 22 if you're playing for that).
2. You can't call to go set mining. Too much chance there'll be a 4-bet by the button and you've thrown 11 BBs away.
3. You're barely getting any kind of odds unless they both call.

If you were nearer 200 deep effective then I think you could call and take your chances there's no RR.

So I think it's generally a fold.
