In 15 years of cardroom play I have never heard of this happening. Forget the floor, call in the shift manager or meet with them after the hand and demand a follow-up. I think I would also go to the gaming commission to report the dealer.

However, for sake of argument, what would you do if the player, presumably drunk or inexperienced, asked the dealer if an overpair would beat TJ and the dealer then answered?
