And I agree with you. On average, American high schools are crap, no doubt. I also agree that A-levels are more difficult than many AP courses. However, in relative terms they are on the same level, because whether you're from the US, the UK, Germany, or wherever, and would like to attend Oxford or Stanford, for example, you must first meet the requirements that your respective country's education system offers. This means that you must do well in high school, in gymnasium, or on your A levels.

nothing personal. i just think all coaches are overpriced. (i wouldn't want to pay anymore than 120$/hour for sbrugby coaching). i think some of the rates ive heard of are a total joke.

Newsflash. Poker players are not charity workers! Why would a HS player want to coach you for a fraction of his hourly rate? Think about how much more money you will make in the longrun from a good players coaching.

depends on the quality of the coaching too
just because a player is great at poker doesn't mean he's great at teaching poker
if a $400/hr coach could raise your winrate an extra ptbb/100 hands after a couple hours of coaching it seems like a no brainer you should do it.

Well I am now finished with poker. More losing at 50NL has officially lost all my profit for this year. So thats 4 months breakeven from winning at 200NL to losing at all stakes don to 50NL.

I may come back after exams but cannot see what I am doing worng at the moment. My stats look fine - there are some leaks but I cant see there being enough new ones in a month for me to go from a 200 winner to a 50 loser.

Havent had a winning day practically all month and it feels as if I am throwing money away even though I think I am playing ok.

End of rant.

Bye

Womble -

You (rhetorical) could have poker stats that match (insert favorite 2p2 hero's name here) perfectly, and still not know how to play poker for [censored].

Get a coach, even if it's just a hand history review. Sounds like you're stuck in the mindset that you used to beat X limit, therefore you already know how to play.

so im really not in the mood for a relationship as my life is finally nice and drama free (at least as much as could be for a poker player) and im enjoying it

on the other hand, i haven't had a long meaningful relationship in a long while and i've become kinda lonely. more importantly, i do love having a steady supply of bj's

im changing my major to something far less lucrative too, which seems to scare away the shallow whores that are oh so good at all i want them for.

i dunno what to do. tell me of past woman experiences!

Just do what I do.

Sit there and stare at them until they say "what" then say "nothing".

Then post on the internet saying "I think this girl likes me"
