FTP Refunds??

did everyone get their refund for their SNGs that they were registered in when all hell broke loose last night? they said in email that it would be refunded by 7 AM today, but my account was the same. did everyone get refunds, still waiting?

no, still waiting.. iam sure theyre doing their best.

thats fine with me, just wondered why they gave a set time by which the money would be refunded, and 10 hours later still nothing

One of the other threads seems to imply that the upgrade (?) downtime they are experiencing now is partly to fix the SNG problem. I would bet refunds will be after that.
