Default Re: 16$ - TT early, am i a callingstation?

Preflop - open limp is fine, best move in early position. No reason to create a big pot before you have a set or possibly an overpair. Plus many players at this level expect you to raise with tens here (because that's what they'd do) and so they may underestimate your holding.

Flop: You caught an overpair to the board, and the BB woke up and made a bet that was bigger than the pot. You almost certainly have the best hand here. He was on ATC preflop, but if he caught two pair/set/straight on the flop, why would he lead out for such a large amount? Most players when they catch a big hand like this go for a check-raise or a smaller flop bet. I would put him on a weak pair, likely with some sort of flush or straight draw. Anyway, you most likely have the best hand, should bet it, and I like the size of your raise. If he decides to push in over me here I'd reconsider all of the above and fold, figuring he had something like 85 and that even if I were wrong and he's on a draw that there's much better spots at this level to get all of my chips in.

Turn looks like a blocking bet to me, but I'd just call it along with the smallish bet on the river. No reason to bloat the pot with a raise on either, and you're ahead of something like K9 often enough to call the river.
