I am not sure why there is so much animosity towards me in this thread. I don't want anyone to defend me, there is no need for that.

All I can do is present my case to Full Tilt and let them decide how to handle it. That is all I am asking.

fsu,

I can't believe you are defending this guy after:

"The reason this is illegal activity is because the persons responsible for the fraudulent play are underage. They are minors therefore making it illegal to play on Full Tilt."

and

"Just to clear a few things up. I never asked Full Tilt to refund my money by taking it from the players who won the $ from my account. I am not an idiot. I never stated this was a case of a hacker who dumped chips on the table."

He has basically claimed that someone he knows who owed him money logged on to his account and played. They lost money. Now he is going to full tilt trying to somehow get this money back.

Based on what he has written, either this is all complete BS or he is trying to somehow pressure FT to give him back that money. If that's the case, all it does is make it much harder for anyone who gets hacked or scammed to actually get money back from FT. In either case, it's complete BS behavior.

As I said up front, I'm really surprised to see you defending this guy.

thats great, but ive heard the whole story from him and he was never trying to do anything shady at all.

so unless someone has all the details that i have, plz at least refrain from questioning my judgement.

thanks.

Why are you asking that of us? No need to post a thread to present your case to FTP and to let them decide how to handle it.

fwiw, i think neo's only mistake was in starting this thread.

but im sure he was panicking once he realized that huge sum of money was gone. i would too.

and now he has decided to not fill in the world on what happened, which is his decision.

it doesnt look great without knowing the details, but that doesnt mean that people should jump to the next illogical conclusion that he was playing and felt bad bc of losing and is trying to weasel his money back.

gimme a break, the guy has been a pro for years now, and u think he would lie and compromise his integrity in a situation that he has basically 0% chance of getting his money back?

fsu,

"that doesnt mean that people should jump to the next illogical conclusion that he was playing and felt bad bc of losing"

I, for one, definitely did not say that. I merely made a judgement based on what HE SAID HAPPENED.

Him trying to get FT to give his money back based on what he has written in this thread is not a positive thing for the high stakes online poker playing community.

I think it's admirable that you so strongly defend your friends, but that's also why I question your judgement on the matter.

If someone that he knows has stolen from him, why is he going to Full Tilt and not the authorities? If what went down is anything like what he has implied repeatedly, then his behavior is definitely BS imo.

fsu,

"gimme a break, the guy has been a pro for years now, and u think he would lie and compromise his integrity in a situation"

Many people with far more of a reputation than "KingNeo" would do that for a chance at far less than $70-80k.

This will be my final post in this thread.

I have decided to not make all the details public because frankly, they are none of your business.

Good luck to everyone, even to those quick to judge me and my situation. Hopefully none of you experience something of this magnitude.

I still plan on posting in the forums and playing online poker. I will see you guys around.
