still, i don't see what full tilt can do for you. they can offer hand histories and information on when your account was logged in and where the money was lost, but from the little information you provided it sounds like full tilt couldn't have done anything about this. i think you would have to go after the minors or their parents (you imply that you know who the minors are) in order to get your money back. if the minors got on your account and dumped your money at the high stakes game what do you expect full tilt to do?

the whole thing smells fishy, but, these things often do. perhaps these minors were savy and felt that posting on 2+2 as neo would help cover their tracks and implicate neo as a liar somehow.

i will hold out judgement untill the facts are in.

good luck.

also, on a side note, are there any precedents for going after a hacker directly? has any online player sued a hacker or scammer? has a hacker or scammer (targeting online poker players) ever been charged with a crime?

I don't have anything against you, but I really hope you get none of the money back, unless it comes directly out of FTP's pocket (and we all know that ain't happening).

It would be a disgrace if they take the money from the players who won it gambling against you/your brother/your aquaintence/whatever. I mean, if your account was +80K there is no way you would step forward and say a minor played on your account and Ivey needs to get his money back. It would be totally unfair to steal the money from the players who gambled and won.

There's just no way you should get so much as a dime.

I agree with Post_Oak. It would really suck if you got your money back from players who won it. It would also suck if FTP gave you the money back.
The only solution which wouldnt suck is you getting the money from the person who was playing your accuont and I am not sure if its possible.

EDIT : Also your story sounds like its made up. Of course I am in no postion to judge it. I just think you should make some effort to give us more info because its quite possible people wont believe you anymore if you dont.

Wow, this changes things a lot.. it sounds like you let someone underage play on your computer and they lost a bunch of money, now you want it back because they lost (of course you'd have no problem if they would have won).

If this is the case, you are a scumbag dude.
