Did I accidentally label you as a TAGfish?

Any constructive comments? How would you have played those hands differently?

B/F on turn not better than C/C?

[/ QUOTE ]
Against a loose-passive fish this is definitely a bet-fold, but I already had him pegged as aggressive. I tend to check to aggressive players more often than most.

The only real draw just got there. If he does have the flush, I only get blown off my redraw (I have the K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]). He'll very often bet whatever hand he has (99, TT, worse Jx, maybe 8x) to protect it against another [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], so he'll very often mistakenly bet my hand for me. If he checks it back I can still get value on the river.

Oh, goofy: I don't mind the unshaven look. I have it a lot myself. Get a better haircut, tho.

Anyway, out into the sun.

Question: I know Kolo said that not many people can pull off the unshaven look, but what do we think of the dusting of facial hair seen here on young goofyballer?

It's 2:40am and I haven't started my 5 page paper due in 8 hours yet, so obviously I figured taking pictures in front of a mirror would be a more productive use of my time.

you gotta rock the hair somehow. i realise its 5am and whatnot but yeah. rock the hair.

goofyballer - a little scruff is all good, but if you let it come in a little make sure to shave off the cheese stash and just have a scruffy jaw

God damn I am so sick and tired of people saying "Well rappers drop the n-bomb so why aren't people crucifying them like Imus?".

Good lord are you being intentionally obtuse?! OF COURSE IT'S DIFFERENT.

I went to a technical college, I have some dorky friends. I can call them nerds and geeks and losers and such and it's all good because they respect my shell scripting. I can call people on this message board degenerate gambler losers and it's okay. If some big strong jock starts calling Joe Programmer a pathetic nerd, it's a lot more offensive. If some holier than thou type starts ragging on someone here IRL and calling them a degenerate, it's more offensive. When a crusty mean old white man talks that way, of course it's different than when rappers do it.

Suggestions on how exactly to go about doing this?

FishSticks: 'cheese stache'? I do shave the moustache area after a couple days, thus leaving its growth less pronounced than the hair around the jawline, which I think looks better.

Goofy,

I will have more facial hair after lunch today and I shave every morning. Keep it clean shaven until you can get good Dan Johnson-like stubble going.

Yah, exactly. By cheese stache I just mean cheesy looking moustache, which it sounds like you have the good sense to avoid already

The crappy resolution on my camera phone must downplay the length of the hair, because I'm pretty sure that's not possible.
