Default NL25 JJ - What did I get myself into?

Villain is 49/20/2 over ~40 hands. He's showdown the nuts pretty much every hand I've seen him get involved with. Prior to this hand he has called my PF raises out of position and folded to CB. Once I see him push, I pretty much have no choice but to call? I am getting something like 2.5:1 pot odds and I have outs to improve. And my biggest mistake here is raising this flop?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $16.10
BB: $13.65
UTG: $17.95
Hero (MP): $34.30
CO: $12.10
BTN: $2.20

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.25, 4 folds, UTG calls $1.50

Flop: ($4.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG bets $0.75, Hero raises to $5.25, UTG raises all-in to $15.70, Hero ?

Your jacks are definitly no good here. It just depends whether or not you want to draw to 8 outs (open ended) or possibly 10 outs (if your 2 jack outs will give u the lead). I muck here. He may have already floped the nuts with JQ.

I call here and expect to see a FD/J10 type hand a decent amount of the time

Auto call...You are getting correct odds to call should you be behind...You will also have the best hand here often to easily make it +EV...

Instacall. You may or may not have the pot odds just on the strength of your draw. Factor in the chance that you may be ahead with your overpair, and you have an easy decision.

What about the flop raise?

[/ QUOTE ]

No problem with the raise..It's better then calling and waiting to see the turn...Calling allow villain to bet us off our hands should we not improve on the turn..I never like villain betting weakly into like that either..
