Damn Kaz, that was at 100nl? I'm not doing that good, but it's ok I'm playing kiddy limits till I feel confident enough again to play small stakes. It's just that I don't have a lot of time to play.

My dual core cpu and new harddisk just arrived though, so today will probably be spend trying to assemble them but failing at that too. Let's just hope I will be able to play some poker tonight on my fresh pc, I hope it makes a difference when playing poker/using PT and PaHUD.

p.s. anyone got a working party poker hand converter, cause I have some nice ones I would like to share with you guys

can anyone help me figure out where I am leaking $$? I have moved from playing 50NL/100NL at FTP to Stars and while I wait to get all my money on I've been playing 25NL and I have dropped about 10 buyins in 2500 hands, by far the most ever for me in such a short period of time. I am trying to play super tight ABC but I must be leaking a crapload somewhere. Here are my stats and biggest losers. I didn't include positional because it is such a small sample.

what am I doing wrong?

You're are too nitty. Play at least 5 % more hands. I bet you are passing out on a lot of profitabel steal/isolation-moves, your steal % is way too low.

You are probaly too nitty overall.

Kaz

My day today:

What comes around goes around, it sucks to start with the cooler and not the heater, but don't let it get to you. (I spent most my roll on my trip to France and bills, so I'm at 100NL at the moment)

You (and EMc/Thac too for that matter) are The Man (despite recent results) !!

jony

nice shot for the +3buyins

kaz. eMc
Ur be back - just keep playing corretly and don't tilt-spew like I did

Have a short break or if you feel ok plough through some hands -that's what I've been told and try to do
well actually it goes something like this:

run bad > play loads more > still run/play bad > get very drunk
> have to have a break as my head hurts > play some more
>eventually robusto OR go back to step 1

eMc, was that FTP - that NL100 is pretty hard for what I played a few k lst month.

xanta, [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] those MSpaints - could I possibly put your 70/20 munkey in my avatar -spring avatar clearout?

You can edit some more if you so wish ...

1) Drawing too strong conclusions from 2.5k hands
2) Too passive postflop

Nothing wrong with playing nitty preflop, just make sure to value bet the crap out of the stations at 25NL. They will call pot sized bets with draws. Make them do it.

If we're up against an 18/12 type who is 8-10 tabling, should we 3bet light a lot, especially in position? He's got to be on autopilot a ton, right?

oh noez, somebody else figured it out too
