I started again at NL and lost 4+ buyins, including these 3 tonight:

AK vs. A7 on A high flop, opp turns a 7.

I rr pf with QQ and some idiot calls it with K4s! Flush draw comes, she raises allin and of course hits on the turn.

TT vs. same idiot on 933 board, she has T9 and we get allin, turn is a 9.

The lesson to draw from this that distractions while you play are -EV.

Plying any game where a lot depends on you being very UN-emotional and making calucated decisions when you are in any kind of mental state other than happy and relaxed is -------EV.
