Default Big draw

UTG has TAG stats(25/15/3.5) But has a tendency to spew. Flop cap good for value? WTF @ his river raise. Is this a 3 bet?

The guy has a tendency to spew and no matter what he has he played his hand stragely, so I would 3bet/call here.

Few flush combos given preflop action that have you beat but more i look at it this it is a (censored) spot with him calling turn with player to act behind him and then raising river. At first i was all for 3 bet/call but now im leaning toward flat call. IDK does this turn call signify more I have strong 2 pair/ set or i want to keep this donkey in behind me i got the nuts? His turn play too strange I go into call down mode and hit my mouse against table for missing bet.

I think we have to 3bet, villains stats indicate his UTG range is probably tight here. Given we have the Tc and 8c and the K and Q are down the only hands really in his range are A7cc A9cc or AJcc. J9 seems alittle too loose for his range. U said he has a tendency to spew (he should probably overcall with alot of his two pair hands but he mite raise them or better worse hands quite a bit given description).

His line is also odd, I can see it being the ace high flush he didnt want to knock Button out on the turn with but cant not raise on the end. Straight up combo wise I think we should 3bet we re ahead enough math wise KK 88 KQ sometimes AA or AK no club also given description maybe even a badly played QQ on the flop (doubt it)
