I've never had C2P on the list for Party...I just checked again, and I don't find C2P on Party for Deposits OR Withdrawals. AFAIK, MB is the only eWallet left for us to use on Party.

Looks like it. They say in their FAQ that only credit cards or visa check cards for funding internationally (they call visa check cards debit cards, not available in canada as far as I know). Here is a link to that part of the FAQ:

Damn never noticed that on Epassporte. And only withdrawal method is wire transfer w/$50 fee right?
Are we able to get US checking accounts? I thought my dad had one in US funds via the TD - would that work? |

epassporte is such a rip off it's not even funny. i really hope stars supports C2P or MB soon.
to answer your question, yes you can open US chequing accounts. scotia bank appears to be cheapest, being free with a minimum monthly balance of $200. TD is $1000. they are "checking accounts" so i suspect they will have all the relevant information like routing numbers....but someone here should confirm it because i haven't decided what i'm gonna do about the neteller situation yet. so far, it looks like MB and C2P accounts. |

Although I haven't gotten too far myself with it, thought I'd start adding some ePassporte info from their website.
Moneybookers - AP, b2b, Boss (some), Cake, Everest, iPoker, Mansion, Microgaming, OnGame, Party, UB, WSEX Click2Pay - AP, Boss (some), Crypto (Sun & IP only), Everest, FT, iPoker, Microgaming (some), OnGame, Poker.com, TruePoker, UB ePassporte - AP, Cake, FT, Stars, UB, ATMOnline - UB EcoCard - iPoker, Mansion, Microgaming (some) No eWallet Available: Pacific, Paradise Networks checked so far: AP, b2b, Boss, Cake, Crypto, Everest, FT, iPoker, Mansion, Microgaming, OnGame, Pacific, Paradise, Party, Poker.com, Stars, TruePoker, UB, WSEX. Moneybookers Currency Available: US $, Can $, others Funding Options: CC (1.9% fee), Bank Transfer (Free) Withdrawal Options: Cheque ($4.67 fee), EFT ($2.40 fee) Depositing on Sites: No fees Cashouts from Sites: No fees Transaction Limits: 1,000 Euro for Outgoing Transactions, no limit for Incoming. Can be increased to as high as 14,000 Euro with some verification steps. **** Still waiting for my Party deposit to show up 96+ hours later...hopefully just a temporary glitch. Click2Pay Currency Available: Can $ only Funding Options: CC (3% fee), Bank Wire (NOT transfer) Withdrawal Options: Cheque ($2 fee), C2P Card ($10 fee to get card, $5 monthly dormant fee after 6 months, no other C2P fees) Depositing on Sites: No fees, no charge on currency exchange Cashouts from Sites: No fees, no charge on currency exchange Transaction Limits: NO limits on C2P-site-C2P transfers. $500/wk limit on loading from CC, will be increased after you spend a certain amount of money over a certain period of time...they don't specify how much or how long. Next level is $1,000 per week. there are a total of 4 levels after your initial one. ePassporte Currency Available: US $ only Funding Options: CC only ($5 fee per $100 loaded) Withdrawal Options: Wire Transfer ($50 fee), ATM ($2 fee, requires a $35 purchase of a Visa Card, $35 annual fee) Depositing on Sites: Cashouts from Sites: Transaction Limits: $500 max daily total loads ($1000 for select); 5 max daily loads; 10 max daily transactions; $300 max daily total withdrawals ($600 for select); 5 max daily ATM transactions; 10 max Visa transactions. Select status requirements on web site, $5 fee Ugh...fees, limits, more limits. Looks like the worst of the three, but it's the only eWallet option for Stars. Personally, I'll go ahead with it so I have it available, but I don't foresee using it much. The ePassporte info is all from the website, if anyone has any expereince with it and has some corrections, let me know. I'm assuming there are no fees for moving money on and off of sites, but I don't want to post that until I have confirmation. |

I thought my dad had one in US funds via the TD - would that work? [/ QUOTE ] I don't think it will. From their website: ---------- ePassporte Visa Virtual Account Holders may transfer directly to a US Bank Account for a flat fee of US$2.00 per transfer. Non-US bank account holders can request a bank wire transfer for a fee of US$50.00. ePassporte Visa Virtual Account Holders who purchased a Visa Card can withdraw funds at millions Visa and/or PLUS ATM locations worldwide for just US$2.00 each transaction. ---------- Note it says "US Bank Account", NOT "US $ Bank Account". I think it needs to be an actual account in the US. If someone finds out otherwise, fantastic, let us know! It appears the only realistic method to withdraw from ePassporte would be by getting their Visa card and doing ATM withdrawals. Personally, if I use it for Stars, I'll then withdraw from Stars and deposit to a site that takes ePassporte and one of the other eWallets. Withdraw to other eWallet, problem solved! |

Thanks Bobo for doing all this. Did you happen to ask what type of limits Click2Pay has in terms of withdrawls and deposits? I am a higher limit player and the moneybookers' $20,000 limit within 90 days is not really a viable option. Thanks. [/ QUOTE ] I just signed up for Click2Pay today and received a verification call within 10 minutes of signing up. The customer service was pretty decent and the lady I spoke to told me that at 7 star ratings, you have unlimited deposit/withdrawls. In order to progress in star ratings, you need to spend the max amount of your star rating limit within a week, without a return and/or failed transaction. Furthermore, you must send a copy of your CC and picture ID as someone stated above. All in all, a pleasant experience so far with Click2Pay. Let's see how long it takes to get to start rating 6 or 7. |
