Default Interpoker Bonus Expiration - How Long?

Has anyone ever had an Interpoker monthly bonus expire because you took too long to play the 400 raked hands? I think I've waited over a month but not much longer than that. I've also stacked two bonuses. Has anyone gone over two months?

Yup, they take away the bonuses. I was inactive for about 3-6 months though.

To withdraw from poker, do you use the same PIN as with the casino?

If you're using the same account, the PIN should be the same.
