My favorite 1st Amendment case (Herceg v. Hustler Magazine, Inc.) involved a 14 year old kid who hung and killed himself while masturbating after reading a Hustler magazine article called “Orgasm of Death,” which described masturbating while asphyxiating oneself. Alright, so I just got back from vacation- Dayton Beach during Spring Break [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] . And although I was able to check in on the thread a few times, I didn't really have time to comment.

Seriously, this was outright embarrassing. We were sitting there in VIP with like 8 guys, ordering one of the "cheaper" bottles, and everyone was pulling 5 and 10 dollar bills out trying to come up with enough to cover the tab. I've gone through periods in my life where I've been very well off for my age and through periods when I've been close to broke, so I'm not saying this in a condescending way- but if you can't afford to do it right, don't sit in VIP.

This definitely was NOT the case here. If you re-read the story, you'll notice that Miami mentions me meeting a stripper on that first night as well and that she is never mentioned again later on in the story....thats pretty much because I realized that she was exactly the type of girl that you're describing here. Crystal was not this at all, and while Miami treated her well, I'm 99% sure that her being with him had very little to do with money.

You left out a very important part of this story. Earlier that night, we were all hanging out at one of the local bars. Crystal had said that she rarely drinks. She was HAMMERED that night.

Important for a few reasons:

-She might not remember it saying it, and thus you're ok

-Sometimes people say their true feelings when drunk but don't use good judgment about them. If this is the case, it kinda sucks to know that shes so serious, but maybe she understands that its still way too soon to be taking things that seriously.

-Sometimes people simply talk nonsense when they're drunk. Maybe she didn't even mean it.




I felt as if the "her being drunk" aspect was a critical point, and I remember us discussing it in great detail the following day. I remember that you were really undecided on how you should handle it the next time you saw her.

Oh and btw...had she really still not mentioned her kids yet? I'm sure you have a better idea of the timeline with her than me, but I seem to think that there was a good period of time in between the carseat incident and this story. Am I mistaken?

In the second picture of Crystal(the one above Christina wrestling with the BoDog girls in the first thread) we get a glimpse of the constant state of Miami's bathroom during our trip. I have absolutely no clue how its possible to keep a bathroom that messy for two straight months.
