PF is alright
flop is fine (would raise more personally say like 350-500)
turn bet pot size 300 is way to weak here giving him 3-1 odds is fine to draw out on you

what could villian be on ? straight draw flush draw ?
he wont have set he would of reraised it on the flop with the monsterdraw on the flop
turn: either he has hitted his straight now with Qx or hes still on the draw

bet pot size or little more giving him 2-1 odds or less wich is the +EV play imo
