Just tried depositing to a website, deposit failed (funds are there)

Tried calling, busy forever.

Live chat button not on the website anymore

Sent them an email and this is what I got
"This email address is not monitored. If you wish to contact NETELLER Customer Service, please visit us online at http://web.neteller.com/content/en/contact_index.htm."

i dont get it...i searched the site... btw i'm not usa

I should add...that about 2 hours earlier i deposited succesfully to ipoker.

The one that failed was to hollywood poker.

OK i got through to live chat...they said they need gov't id and utility bill , dunno why this came out of nowhere.

I thnk it's b/c i hit refresh on a deposit page like 3 times quickly, and ended up depositing a boatload of money to ipoker account...

UMich i still dont understand what all the lol's were about...

Maybe because Neteller is on its last legs and you're still using them for significant amounts of money? Obviously not saying they're going to decide to shut down shop and take your money tommorow, just that it wouldn't be a huge shock if they did. They're obviously having major money flow issues when they can't even afford a few $10/hour CS monkies.
