Default B/F or C/C This River?

Villian is like 21/12/1.5 over a couple hundred hands. Likes to take one pair hands slowly but is somewhat of a station with them.

Hero's image is likely TAG. I planned to stackadonk the turn but then slapped myself in the face after remembering his passiveness.

I generally bet either 25 here or 50 depending on the opponent... If he will try to push you off with a busted draw, bet 25 and call. If he's just a total station, bet 50 and fold.

I realize that betting turn is optimal but the question is for the river AS PLAYED.

I think he checks a random T or 6 behind but probably calls with either (not so sure about the 6 though).

I just really thought the J hit him when it came out.

he's passive, so he's not going to bet the river with a busted draw most of the time. I'm betting 38 here and folding if he raises.

Well if you put him squarely on a jack b/f and c/c both suck, right?

It's the other stuff we gotta worry about, and he won't bet any of it, and he will call with some of it - so unless you're considering a c/f here I think it's a clear b/f.
