Yes, the paytru website is down ... but
the card itself is working. I just went to the ATM
and was able to withdraw money with no problems.

I just tried to sign up and was unable to. I went to their website and it was down.

I just received a reply from PS support, they said that your US bank account Visa that shows on the withdrawal screen is a bug. I posted about this above, as I had the same problem. They said if I chose the US account Visa cash out option, the money will be sent to the PT card, not the US card that you made a deposit with.

Since this is a debit card it won't show up on a credit report, right? I don't think you'd want this thing showing up on there if you're ever applying for a job or the like.

I don't think it would, but I also fair to see where there would be anything negative if it did.

It varies. Some got it instantly, some a few hours, I've been waiting over 2 days.

I just tried to load my paytru card and my credit card declined it. That's just great. I sent my credit card an email asking why it was declined, I wonder what their answer will be.
