to top it off he told me he made a appointment with the gambling addiction centre(something like that). hopeing they could help him with the debt, then he could pay them back.(100% true). i explained to him the centre would only be able to help the mental aspect of it. and maybe he should check it out. i truly didnt think he was that dumn to do something like that. especially sense he lives in fixed income housing and works for min wage.
