That said this whole thread seemed pretty pointless when the OP stated his boss was going to fix it. Obv the correct answer is wait for the boss to fix it. I totally understand getting paid to play, but I think if these guys were getting paid 1.5x there would be a lot of abuse. Hell, id be playing every waking moment that I wasnt doing my other duties, if there were no restrictions.
