The bugginess of the rollout seems to be a problem for multitablers and high-volume players, preventing them from playing lots of hands. These are exactly the types of VIPs at which the Accelor-8-tor bonus is aimed, and the high raked hands goals set by this bonus are going to be pretty hard to meet if the software isn't running smoothly in short order. What sort of consideration will be made to players going for the Accelor-8-tor bonus? Hitting the goal all 8 weeks is obviously of prime importance, so missing one week is crippling. So far the client was down for about 8 (+?) hours today, and the crashing/can't click buttons/booted from tables, etc, isn't helping me get any hands in, either. Its pretty ridiculous for them to expect those of us with big goals to meet them if their software is down for 24+ hours. |

Hi VIP, With your new software it has become incredibly difficult to multi-table and clear this bonus. The software is very buggy (see the half a dozen threads on twoplustwo.com : http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/po...mp;Board=inet) and I may be unable to complete the bonus for this week if the bugginess of the software continues. WIthout doing 8 weeks of the bonus this would drastically effect the relevance of this bonus for the amount of time I would need to put in. Please advise what you will to make up for this lost playing time and the opportunity cost of changing software in the middle of the bonus period. Zach |

I didn't get paycheck as well. Probably they will pay after all the eight weeks with premium. I think they will repair bugs with equipment since VIP rake is fair enough to worry a little their IT specialists. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
