PS. This is of course ridiculous, once they say the phrase you mentioned, they are not interested at all, but I think the comedy aspect/chance you'll annoy her makes this worthwhile. You can make it a lot stronger ('Oh I hear you, you little xxxxx' or 'you just want to be used like a kleenex, huh?' and so on) for exaggerated effect.
