I think (but not sure) that once that little box dissappears, the transaction has been processed. It still takes a few days to show up in your bank.

Does it still show as a suspended balance? My suspended balance went from the withdrawal amount ($1680ish) to zero this morning, but still nothing in the bank. I beileve this is normal and it will be in the bank in a day or 2.

Go to the reprts menu. You should see a couple entries that explain what stage the withdrawl is in

NesOne - not to worry, completely normal. And don't bother with the international calling card. I tried the UK number once and it went to a full voicemail box that wouldn't accept a message.

Once your money shows up in Eco, the process is that you request the withdrawal. It then shows in Eco as a suspended balance, along with the box below that will allow you to cancel the withdrawal. This is for 2 or 3 business days. After that, your account will show zero balance. 2 to 4 business days later the money will magically appear in your bank account. At least that's how it has worked for me twice.

Yeah, for now, I guess I'll just wait. It's just a little strange because I'm kinda in between the phases you've described. My balance is suspended (not a zero balance), but there is no box that would allow me to cancel the withdrawal. Along with the fact that I was required to give photo ID, my EcoCard experience has been slightly different than several other people I know who I doing cashouts right now. I guess there isn't major cause for concern yet though...

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I initiated the withdrawal from EcoCard on Tuesday, and at first it showed that little box that would allow me to cancel it. That box disappeared and now the whole amount shows up as suspended. My guess is that's it kind of like a Prima withdrawal where you can reverse it soon after, but then that option disappears which means it's about to begin processing.

MegaFossil, thanks for the post. Good to hear this is happening to someone else as well.

Here's to hoping both our withdrawals will be processed tomorrow and be in our bank accounts by Thursday of next week...

A friend of mine had a successful withdraw from Eco. He said that it first showed up in suspended balance.. then it disappeared completely from his account. 3-4 days later he had the money in his corresponding bank account.

This is the same thing that has happened so far with me, though I'm in the 3-4 day waiting period with my bank.

After many phone calls and much hassle, I finally found out that my small local bank does not handle international wires of any kind, therefore they have no need for a swift code and in fact do not have one. So instead of opening up another bank account, I put the money back into battlefield, withdrew it to a click2pay account I had made a while back (took about 3 days to get from battlefield to click2pay) and then deposited the entire sum into bodog. Gonna play there for a while and then withdraw via Western Union. Done with Prima until they can come up with a more painless withdrawl option

Ahh, ok. Mine just disappeared from my EcoCard entirely, and still hasnt shown up in my bank account, so I guess I should expect it sometime next week. I initiated the transaction from Prima 2 Tuesdays ago, and it looks like it will finally hit my checking account next Tuesday. So the entire process will have taken almost exactly 2 weeks from Prima account to bank account for me.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a tiny withdrawal to my firepay (Canadian).

They are all a joke.
