They will have set up a seperate room with a rubberized table in it and a drain in the floor. Generally speaking these girls are very clean. Frankly, I think they're a lot cleaner than some random drunk girl you might hook up with at 2am. They supply rubbers and you have to use them. Every now and then things got carried away and I did it w/o a rubber. You can do different things with different girls.

As to your implication I'll say this:

The entire AIDS business is a bunch of BS as far as I'm concerned when it comes to female to male transmission in the U.S. If anybody is going to get AIDS from a woman it would be me. I've been tested multiple times and everything is fine.

No, they don't swallow. You might get a minute or so of BJ w/o a rubber but it's rare.
