That jumpball out of bounds confusion was horrible, looked like it went off Gooden.. That Ford drive prior to the out of bounds could have been a foul, but ya I know they'll never call that unless it's a body check.

Peterson had a lot of time to square up there too, looks like he rushed it or thought he had to get it off really quick.. could have also been because he didn't realize that he was so open

Good news is that Jersey and NY lost

Dear Sam Mitchell,

Please stop putting Ford in the game during crunch time situations with 5 minutes left. Okay? Thanks.

Oh, and Ford has played just over 2 full seasons. For Calderon, even less. What's with the hate? This team will be in the Finals in two years. Book it.

Raps just acquired Juan Dixon for Fred Jones. Not a big-impact trade, but I still like it.

re: Ford. Did you not see the game last night? Or when we almost blew the lead against Chicago? Dude is just NOT clutch. Calderon has terrific court sense and, more importantly, he can FINISH.

Without a doubt. I've been a huge fan of Calderon's game since last year. He can deliver and all the tools are there as evident of how much he improved this year. He did a outstanding job when he got a chance to start when Ford was out. I'm with Dude on this one, everytime it's clutch situation I'm always holding my breath when Ford is on the court. Calderon has such good basketball sense that he makes much better desicions when it's crunch time.

Latest rumour has the Raps very interested in Darko.

(Damn I'm glad I found this thread)

God I love Colangelo so much. Dixon should fit in nicely with the Raps.

This is the reason I love Colangelo. He traded away Jones instead of putting pressure on Mitchel to play him. Too bad Jones had the injury and never really found his spot back into the rotation. Colangelo traded jones away thereby admitting he made a mistake by acquiring him in the first place. If we were still under Rob Babcock I can so see him forcing Sam to play him more. The Rafer Alston situation was laughable and I never saw Babcock giving that much support to his coach when it was much needed. Another fine job by Colangelo.
