Dear Thomas,

I am happy to be able to advise you that BattleField Poker now has a new Check withdrawal method available to US Residents.

This new option will use either check or ACH to process your withdrawal. PLEASE NOTE that while you are selecting check as your withdrawal option, due to the way the payment processor handles the requests, it is possible that your funds
might be wired directly to your bank account, rather than a check being sent to you. As a result we need extra details in order to process any withdrawal requests you make.

Should you wish to use this new withdrawal option, simply make a withdrawal as you normally would from your account, and select CHECK as your Preferred Method of Payment. Then reply back to this email so we can arrange the withdrawal for
you.

We will also need the following ACH details

x Bank Name
x Bank Routing Number
x Bank Account Number

Note we will NOT be able to process your cashin until we receive these bank details.

Please remember, that while you are selecting check as your withdrawal method, it is possible that you may get the funds directly to your bank account via ACH.

If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to contact me

Kind regards

Paul

Wow man, I got that email almost a week ago, then they took it away and said it got canceled. I would love to hear of someone other than ecocard successfully pulling out, but successful to me means cash in hand at this point, so give me a heads up when that happens. They have issued checks to a ton of people that were "canceled" because the financial org providing them could no longer honor them
cheers

I did not receive this e-mail from Battlefield - was this in response to a request you made or had you been corresponding with them about a check withdrawal that had been reversed?

I've been using Ecocard to wd from Battle but obviously this would be a lot cheaper if it works long term.

tommo, I got that email as well. A little too late for me though as my money is already in EcoCard.

MLSchaff, did EcoCard send you an email asking for photo ID?

Thanks.

Continue to use Ecocard and shy away from that ACH option. The ACH option has not worked for most. In some cases (like mine) they won't even refund the money back into the poker account. After multiple emails to management I still have not received an adequate reply and my money is in no man's land. It's been there for a week and a half and I can't do anything about it.

Ecocard seems to be working fine, however, and I suggest that everyone stick with that.

I don't remember if Eco required photo ID or not. I scanned and sent my ID verification a lot of places during January and don't remember exactly where. Probably had to send to Eco.

Just an FYI that I did NOT have to send EcoCard any ID info. I got $2000 (actually $1960 after all fees) out of Battlefield about a week ago.

Wow, that's crazy. Have no idea why I had to send in ID. So far, they haven't responded back after I sent it in.

Default Re: prima withdrawals

MLSchaff (or anyone else), as I said before, EcoCard asked for photo ID and I gave it to them. They have stopped replying to my emails and my withdrawal amount is in the "Suspended Balance" with no sign that I have made a withdraw. Is this normal?? I realize they have a phone number posted on their website and will probably go by Wal-Mart now to pick up an international calling card, I I guess...

PS Also, there is no indication that I have made a withdrawal. When I first started the withdrawal, there was a box that had information about the withdrawal. That, however, has disappeared...Meant to add that as an Edit, but not sure how to do that on this site...
