I like FTP, but when something like this comes up and you really want to keep your players satisfied...why not take more active role in getting the money to the players, instead of just telling them the money is safe?

when people are living from money, and the amounts are large...couldn't tilt make some efforts to help them out? Be creative; think outside the box and be leaders!

High Stakes Players: Transfer whatever large amount you want to epassporte and then pay the $50 wire transfer to your bank. It takes 2 business days and it WORKS!

So stop bitching, you do have an option.

Remember when FTPDoug wrote this on 1/31...

2. Why won't you fedex me a check when I give you hundreds of dollars of my buisness

- I'd love to. Our next highest priority at the moment is improving our current check processing situation. I'm hoping we'll have good news on that front within a week.

... What a joke, we are so screwed. 'Stosh

i've been trying to withdraw a signif sum from ftp for a while, i'm not playing another hand on this site ever again, fun while it lasted.

it's one thing to make up rules as you go, but this is ridiculous.

i was going to switch from stars to FT tomorrow because of rakeback/bonus, but after reading this stuff and the non-response response from FT, forget it.

I requested a check on 1-23 and second check on 1-31. First check arrived on 2-7, several days ago, I was meet with the same email as the OP RE: the second check.

I requested that the funds be put back in my account which was done in less than 24 hours.

A suggestion...there are a lot of people willing to buy transfers to FTP accounts for cash in the B&M poker rooms.
