I called my bank to get my swift code to setup my ecocard account and my bank had no idea what a swift code is. Any idea on how to get it?

[/ QUOTE ]

I just called the number on the back of my check card. No problems getting the swift code. Maybe call them back and hope you get someone who knows more.

Your bank doesnt know what a SWIFT code is? LOL. Call back and ask for someone who has worked there longer than 4 hours.

I think I started my EcoCard withdrawal on Tue. On Thurs the transaction showed to no longer be reversible so i went into live chat and asked them about it (since it wasnt in EcoCard yet). They said it would process tonight (which was last night) and would take 5-7 days to hit EcoCard. It hit EcoCard today (which was about 18 hours after tjhey told me 5-7 days).

OK, so it sounds like noone in customer support really has a clue how long it will take. Unfortunately for me, my withdrawal is still reversible.

If you are making a deposit then yes, you have to wire transfer money into EcoCard from your bank and I believe to do this, you have to tell your bank to do it as oppossed to doing something from the EcoCard website.

I, however, havent made a depost that way. Ive only made a withdrawal from Prima to EcoCard and then to my bank.

I called my bank and the person who answered the phone knew exactly what their SWIFT code was. It took all of 5 seconds to get it.

MegaFossil, I'm in the same boat with you...Probably began trying to cash out to EcoCard around the same time or slightly before you did...According to one of the customer service people, the delay is standard and due to the fact that the next time Battlefield processes EcoCard cashouts is on Sunday night...Not sure if that is accurate or not, but it's what I was told...

So, after about 6 emails over the past couple of weeks with me setting up the ACH, finding out just to withdraw via any method and it would go through as an ACH though it does not show up in the software, then being told to resubmit the withdraw yada yada yada I emailed them agian. Here is their lovely response:

Neat! I don't think either of the services they mention are available to US players.

[ QUOTE ]
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Battlefield Poker.

Unfortunately your ACH withdrawal was rejected. At the moment the only withdrawal methods that
are available to US players is click2pay and Ecocard. To use either of these method you must have
registered an account with their sites before the 1st of February. Other withdrawal methods will be
setup later this week. An email will be sent to you once they have been setup.

Please do not hesitate in contacting us if you have any further questions or comments. The
tracking number for this issue is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

does anybody with an existing click2pay account know if it is actually possible for american customers to make withdrawals from click2pay?

the part of the email we've all received would lead me to believe we can, but I have not tried it yet.

MLSchaff, for your withdrawal, did you go thru the Fortis Bank or did you use Western Union? Although my withdrawal to EcoCard hasn't gone thru yet, I talked to the people at my bank and said they said that going thru Western Union would be cheaper. At this point though, I would probably whether just use an option that is guaranteed to work.

Did you basically just go into your bank and tell the teller you wanted to set up a bank wire?

Thanks.

You can withdraw from prima to click2pay fine, you just can't withdraw from click2pay. In my case, I withdrew 1k from prima to click2pay, put it on bodog, and cashed out through western union.
