I just wikipedia'd that one, too. It's when a pair of siblings marries a pair of siblings from another family and have kids. Their kids are cousins through both their mom's side and their dad's side. You get twice the relationship as normal cousins. If the two pairs of siblings happened to both be twins, the (double) cousins would be as genetically related as brother/sister.
