MAJOR BEAT WHEN TRANSFERING STARS TO FULL TILT!! ARGH!

So I arranged with Xorbie on this message board to exchange $1,000 of my stars funds for $1,000 of his Full Tilt money. His pm said send to xorbie (Urbana) on stars. I interpretted this as him saying transfer to me and then putting his Stars name in parenthesis. So I sent to player Urbana. But his stars name is Xorbie!!! NOOOOO!!!!! Not his fault, just a major miscommunication. So some [censored] named Urbana just got 1k for no reason. Anyways xorbie's transfer to me was declined because I didn't have an address setup for my Full Tilt account.

Does anybody have experience with getting transfered reveresed? Or did I just screw myself out of $1,000?

Thank you for your email.

The following message is displayed when making a real money transfer on
PokerStars:

"PokerStars does not intervene in disputes between players relating to
transfers. If you do not know this recipient personally, or if this
transfer is part of a multi-part transaction (such as the sale of T$ or
W$, which cannot be directly transferred by players), you may wish to
contact [email protected] for assistance."

Despite this warning you still made the transfer to the wrong
account...

As a one time exception to this stated policy we have corrected this
transfer by transferring the money back from Urbana to your
account. You will need to submit the transfer again to the correct player.

We would advise that you exercise greater caution when transfering
funds to players in the future.
